Born in Tuscany, the class of 1926, and known in the racing world as the “Duke”, Giuliano Moggi participated in various past editions and is an important figure of the present Motogiro, never having missed one since the first 2001 event.

As with many legendary pilots of the Motogiro, Spaggiari, class of 1933, participated in different editions, but had to wait for 1956 to taste victory however. In 1956, Spaggiari raced on a Ducati Marianna 100 – the leading model of the Bolognese house.
