Exactly 50 years after the victory by the Umbrian pilot Remo Venturi, another standard bearer from Umbria has won the Motogiro of Italy. Marco Tomassini, medical surgeon, class of 1955, is a great fan of motorcycling, both modern and vintage. His motorcycle activity ranges from speed on the trails to endurance races, bike competitions and reliability trials. In all these specialties Tomassini has distinguished himself with excellent results.
